Who is bhelf?
bhelf is a virtual bookstore site that sells used English books. Our website is designed to provide you convenience to browse and buy books online. We don’t use bombastic words, just simple down-to-earth language which you understand.

Why bhelf?
bhelf is a proper name that we came out with from the word “book” and “shelf”. Hence, instead of naming ourselves “bookshelf”, we called it “bhelf”. Simple yet easy to remember.

How do I pay?
You can either perform online fund transfer or deposit the money to our HSBC account. Alternatively, you can also pay us by cheque.

Can we do COD (Cash On Delivery)?
We would love to meet our customers but due to our tight expenses, we won’t be able to do so.

Can I trust bhelf to send my order once I’ve made my payment?

How do I order?
Step 1: Find the books you want to buy.

Step 2: Select the quantity and click “ADD TO CART”

Step 3: You can either choose “CHECKOUT” or “CONTINUE SHOPPING”

Step 4: If you are existing customer, key in your user-ID and password. If you are a new customer, fill in details by clicking "REGISTER”

Step 5: Confirm your order & fill in the Shipping Information.

Step 6: Bank in your payment however you like it (as long you pay us)

How do I know that my order has been successfully placed?
Once you have checked out, there will be an Order Number generated for you.

Can I cancel an order after I have confirmed it?
We are sorry but you can't. However, exceptional cases will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis.

How do I check my order status?
Easy! Log on to your account and click on “ORDER”. Your profile will show you what are the books you ordered, quantity and status. If you encounter any problem, email us at askus@bhelf.com

How soon will I receive my book(s)?
We normally ship out your book(s) within three (3) working days; unless otherwise stated. Please take note that we only process your order upon bank clearance.

How are the book(s) delivered?
We will wrap each and individual book to give you that personal touch and we will be delivered to your doorstep by PosLaju.

What happens if I do not receive my book(s) after the stipulated delivery time?
We will try our level best to avoid that, but if this occurs, please inform us at askus@bhelf.com

What is your return policy?

What is your exchange policy?
Please refer to our “Exchange Policy” under “How To Order” for full details.
Q.
What is the difference between return and exchange policy?
Return Policy is whereby we can accept returns from you for purchases sent back and received by us within three (3) days and if the book(s) is returned to us in original condition. Full refund will only be extended if requirements are fulfilled.

Exchange Policy will only be given to customers if the book(s) sent were incorrect and book(s) is returned to us in its original condition within three (3) days. A credit account for the price of the particular book will be extended to customers and must be utilised within one (1) month therefrom.
