| You can transfer the money to our HSBC account. |

Shipping Policy

We use PosLaju to ship out your book(s).
|
|
| |
We normally ship out your book(s) within three (3) working days after your payment has been cleared; unless otherwise stated.
|
|
| |
We will provide you the tracking number within 24 hours after the book (s) has been sent out.
|
|
| |
If the shipped book(s) is returned to us due to wrong address or no one to accept at destination etc, we will not responsible to pay the re-sending shipping fee. After which, your book(s) will be kept at PosLaju shelf between 10 to 14 days, which you will need to pick it up from the selected PosLaju branch yourself.

If you noticed the parcel is damaged or opened, please open it up to check before signing the parcel. We strongly recommend you do not sign the parcel if any book(s) gone missing or visibly damaged due to mishandling.

We also recommend you to open the parcel to check first before signing the parcel. If the books went missing, you should not receive it. Let PosLaju send it back to us. Else, we will not be held responsible if there is missing book(s).

For multiple / bulk order, we may send separately and we will write in the courier slip.
|
|
| |
Delivery is FREE within Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. If you would like us to ship to overseas, please contact us directly.

Return Policy

We will accept returns from customers for purchases sent back and received by us within three (3) days of receipt of the shipment on the following conditions:
Defective book(s) delivered: and
The book(s) has to return to us in its original condition

We will extend a full refund for the price of the particular book(s) you purchased if the above requirements are fulfilled. We regret that shipping cost for your purchase will only be refunded if the return had been due to an oversight on our part.

We regret to inform that the return postal fee will be borne by the customer.

Exchange Policy

We will accept exchange from customers for purchases sent back and received by us within three (3) days of receipt of the shipment on the following condition:
Incorrect book(s) delivered; and
The book(s) has been return to us in its original condition

We will extend a credit account for the price of the particular book(s) you purchased if the above requirements are fulfilled. The credit account can only be used to purchase other book(s) through our website. The credit account will be maintained for your future purchase, provided that you must purchase within one (1) month therefrom. Credit fund is not exchangeable, refundable or transferable.
