Welcome to BHELF.COM. By accessing any of BHELF.COM site, you agree to be legally bound by and abide to these Terms of Service listed below.
If you purchase any product on BHELF.COM sites, you agree to be legally bound by an additional and separate electronic contract of sale (" the Conditions of Sale") which shall be concluded when BHELF.COM accepts your order by mail confirming that it has shipped our product.
Membership
In consideration for your use of the service provided on BHELF.COM, you agree the provide true, accurate, up to date and complete information about yourself as asked for in the New Registration Form. You also agree to promptly update your personal information from time to time to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
You may register for one account only.
You are prohibited from using a login name or e-mail address which breaches the intellectual property or other property right of any person or entity.
BHELF.COM reserves the right to prohibit the use of any login name or e-mail which, BHELF.COM in sole discretion deems inappropriate.
Termination of Use
BHELF.COM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you provide BHELF.COM with false, misleading, not current or incomplete Registration Information or if you violate any of there Terms. BHELF.COM shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected violation of these rules and any decision it makes relating the termination of your account shall be final and binding.
Login Name (User ID) and Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login name (User ID) and password to any other person. You are not to disclose your password to any other person. You are responsible for the use of your account, whether or not authorized by you.
You shall immediately notify BHELF.COM if it comes to your knowledge that your password has been compromised or there has been unauthorized use of your account.
BHELF.COM shall not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind suffered by you as a result of unauthorized use of your login name and password.
